This Privacy Policy describes how Anakatech LLC (“we”) handles information when you use Nova Plus Wallet on the web, iOS, or Android. Nova Plus Wallet is a self-custody wallet. We do not take possession of your keys or funds.
We will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key. Those secrets stay on your device. Anyone who has them can move your assets. Do not send them to email, chat, or any website that claims to be Nova support.
1. Data we do not collect
- Recovery phrases (12/24 words), private keys, or keystore passwords
- Screenshots or copies of your backup
- Full card PAN/CVV from this app (Nova Plus Wallet does not issue cards)
- A persistent device identifier from the wallet itself. The wallet itself does not create or send a device ID, except as described in section 2 for the optional Nova Bank sign-in.
2. Data that may be processed
- On your device: encrypted wallet keystore, network preferences, and UI settings stored locally.
- Network: when the app talks to a blockchain RPC, swap aggregator, or bridge, that endpoint can see your IP address, public wallet address, and transaction payload. That is how public chains work.
- Optional Nova Bank sign-in: if you connect a Nova Bank session, that flow uses Nova Bank account credentials (email / PIN), not your recovery phrase. When you use Nova Bank sign-in within the app, the Nova Bank web app may store a device identifier (
nova_device_id) on your device and send it to Nova Bank servers to keep your session in sync. This is used only to operate the bank features, not for advertising or tracking. Bank account data is covered by the Nova Bank Online privacy notice, not this wallet policy. - Support email: if you write to us, we receive the address and message you send. Do not include a recovery phrase.
3. How we use information
- To operate the wallet UI (balances, send, receive, swap, bridge)
- To diagnose outages when you contact support
- To comply with law if we are legally required to respond to a valid request about our own systems (we still cannot decrypt a keystore we do not hold)
We do not sell personal data. We do not use your recovery phrase for advertising.
4. Third parties
Depending on features you use, requests may go to:
- Nova mesh RPC and API hosts on nova-x.io (NovaONE, NRW, ALLTRA, and related infrastructure)
- Public-chain RPC providers for Ethereum, BNB Chain, and other EVM networks you enable
- Swap routing (including 1inch on public EVM, and Nova / ALLTRA Global Swap on mesh chains)
- Bridge contracts and relayers you explicitly use
- Cloudflare, which hosts and protects nova-x.io, including aggregated usage and performance statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Your browser or app also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which can see your IP address.
Those parties have their own terms. We do not control how a public blockchain stores transactions.
5. Children
Nova Plus Wallet is not directed at children under 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
6. Retention
Local keystore data remains on the device until you delete the app data or the wallet. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve the request and meet record-keeping duties.
7. Your choices
- Do not enable networks or sign-in features you do not want to use
- Clear local storage / uninstall to remove the on-device keystore (keep your recovery phrase first)
- Request access or deletion of support-email records by contacting us
8. International processing
Infrastructure may run in more than one region. Public-chain data is global by design.
