By downloading, accessing, or using Nova Plus Wallet (web, iOS, or Android), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the wallet. Related pages: Privacy Policy and Support.
1. Self-custody
Nova Plus Wallet is non-custodial. You control the keys on your device. Anakatech LLC does not hold, freeze, or restore your recovery phrase. Lost keys mean lost access to the assets those keys control.
2. Irreversible transactions
Blockchain transfers, swaps, and bridges cannot be undone by us after you sign and the network confirms. You are responsible for verifying the recipient, asset, amount, fee, and network.
3. Third-party swaps and bridges
Quotes and routes may come from third parties (including 1inch on public EVM networks, Nova / ALLTRA Global Swap, and mesh bridge contracts). Those protocols have their own risks: slippage, failed routes, smart-contract bugs, and unavailable liquidity. We do not guarantee a quote will remain executable.
4. Prices are not advice
Displayed prices, TVL figures, and quotes are informational. They are not investment, legal, or tax advice and may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable on some chains. You make your own decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Nova Plus Wallet to violate law, evade sanctions, commit fraud, interfere with our systems, or impersonate Nova support. You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live).
6. Risks
- Digital assets are volatile and can go to zero
- RPC, swap, and bridge outages can delay or fail a transaction
- Malware, phishing, and fake support can steal a phrase you reveal
- Wrong-network deposits may be unrecoverable
- Mesh chains and public EVM chains have different security and liquidity
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anakatech LLC and its operators are not liable for lost keys, irreversible transactions, third-party protocol failures, or indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to Nova Plus Wallet is limited to the greater of fees you paid us for the wallet in the prior twelve months or USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits; in those places our liability is limited to the extent allowed.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Anakatech LLC, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts or arbitration in that forum have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law gives you a mandatory local forum.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version at this URL. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
